Michigan Rep. Justin Amash to support Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in protest to Donald Trump
Grand Rapids (APC) – as a shocking first elected GOP Congressman, libertarian Republican Justin Amashwas the first one among many more Republicans to not only have fully read the infamous Mueller Report, but also having drawn the conclusion that incumbent 45th president Donald J. Trump was guilty of obstruction of justice, thus had to be lawfully impeached. He left the GOP, and declared himself an independent Congressman. He would later on become a sole opponent to the incumbent president on the right aisle.
Yet now, a bombshell report from the Detroit Free Press unveiled in a long-ranging interview with Amash unveiled his open support for Vermont Independent Senator and outspoken Socialist Bernie Sanders. Seemingly surprised, the reporters asked him how come the man who solely voted against federal aid in regards to the Flint water crisis and against taxpayer-funded transgender surgery in the military would now support someone who strictly opposed his own views and persuasions. To this, Amash responded that

Seemingly surprised, the reporters asked him how come the man who solely voted against federal aid in regards to the Flint water crisis and against taxpayer-funded transgender surgery in the military would now support someone who strictly opposed his own views and persuasions. To this, Amash responded that
it's true that Mr. Sanders and I don't come along when it comes to policy ideas. In fact, I would rather drink water from a faucet somewhere in Flint rather than working together with this Soviet asset. To be honest, I would rather undergo a taxpayer-funded medical surgery to become a woman rather than supporting someone to make Красная Армия всех сильней our new national anthem.Sen. Sanders was not immediately accessible for comments on Amash's unusual endorsement for his campaign that would implement state-funded Medicare for All and an increase in educational funding, as well as taxes for the rich, but it's likely that he might have thought this to be a prank as well. In regards to Amash's constituents, he didn't elaborate on this issue either, mentioning that they were all right with his positions, referring to his incumbency since 2011. Being remembered that he hitherto never supported left-winged policies during his tenure, he bluntly responded that you all should wait and see for things to come. In the long run, he added, it would all match up to his delight.Presuming this all to be true, there is still one problem: We need someone to replace President Trump; we need a strong counter-candidate to face the president in the race on the Democratic side. From the Republican party, no-one is about to challenge him–forget about Bill Weld. We could of course support Joe Biden, but in regards to his latest comments, I don't believe he's about to make it if he continues like this. I also would prefer someone who would scare away all the moderate voters on the Democratic behalf to install a reasonable Republican or independent, right-leaning candidate for the 2024 election. You may have heard of that handsome independent Representative from Michigan, who would really like to run for president in the... Hey, where are you going? I wasn't done yet. Come back, man!
